Semi-Private Personal Training
Semi-Private Personal Training involves one coach working with up to four individuals at the same time.
This is not like most group workouts because each individual in the group is completing an individualized exercise program specific to his or her needs and goals. Unlike traditional one-on-one personal training, we don’t believe you need someone to hover over you and count for you.
Our Semi-Private Personal Training is perfect for individuals needing added accountability, overcoming injuries, looking to reach a very specific goal or just getting started.

30 minutes of total body strength to get stronger without the bulk
30 minutes of interval cardio circuits to burn maximal calories
50 minutes of high intensity intervals & total body strength training with an athletic influence
30 minutes of stretching & strengthening to increase mobility, decrease risk of injury & improve your ability to move without restrictions
