Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training involves one personal trainer working with up to four individuals at the same time. This is not like most group workouts because each individual in the group is completing their own individualized exercise program specific to their needs and goals. Unlike traditional one-on-one personal training, we don’t believe you need someone to hover over you and count for you.

When talking with clients who have came over from other gyms, we found that because they are sharing the cost of the trainer and have more scheduling flexibility, they are now able to get the guidance, coaching and motivation they need more frequently.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training is perfect for individuals needing that added accountability, overcoming injuries or looking to reach a very specific goal.
