What makes the real foot elevated split squat so amazing is that you can really challenge the lower body without having to add a ton of external resistance.

 

The end result is stronger legs while being easier on the body… sounds like a win-win to me!

Make sure to push through heel, step out a little further, and focus on making it an up and down movement to get the correct form for the best results!
