The Anti Rotation Core Exercise

Talk about your all time best core exercises…. this one is hard to beat and it’s great for all fitness levels!

The anti-rotation exercise works magic. It is important because we NEED to strengthen our core from a standing position. Every core exercise has its place, and this is a great exercise as we need to have a strong core for everyday life!

HOW IT WORKS:

  • set a cable up about belly button high
  • feet shoulder width apart
  • knees slightly bent
  • shoulders back
  • press the cable out, don’t let the resistance pull you back in
  • hold for two to three seconds and come back slow
  • rinse and repeat!

Your foot position can make this exercise more challenging, or easier. By widening your stance it allows for this exercise to be easier, while narrowing your stance will make it harder. Give it a shot, and thank us later.
