This is a hip dominant exercise, therefore strengthening and targeting the glutes and hamstrings.
HOW IT WORKS:
- grab a dumbell or kettlebell
- weight in right hand, so right leg goes up while the left leg stays on the floor
- with the knee slightly bending, lower the weight towards the left toe, keeping arms and shoulders tight
The single leg deadlift. Appropriate for all fitness levels and comes with a lot of bang for your buck benefits!
