The Cable Nose Pull

Here’s a great upper body exercise that will help improve your posture and keep your shoulders healthy for years to come! This exercise is going to offset the damage of everyday sitting and hunching over, while strengthening and keeping your posture nice and strong!

 

How it works:

  • set up cable shoulder high
  • drop one foot back
  • palms down towards floor
  • pull palms towards the front of shoulders
  •  

Keep your back nice and tall to prevent any arching. It is also important to keep the shoulders away from the ears so we aren’t tensing up!
