Think again! Here’s several variations for you to check out so that you can do push-ups regardless of your current fitness level…
3 different variations:
Level One:
-start by kneeling keeping knees, hips and shoulders in a straight line.
-place hands underneath shoulders, and engage core and lower down
Level Two:
– get into push up position and lower down
-place your knees down to support the way up
Level Three:
Full push up
-line body up and lower yourself down and push back up
